founding engineer at an AI-native knowledge tool for engineers. building production agent systems — tool execution, retrieval pipelines, evals, and streaming infrastructure at scale

Stripe API v2

built a custom API gateway for Stripe’s v2 API, including REST and GraphQL interfaces but allowing internal teams to just write gRPC endpoints

learned a lot about reliability, security, and performance at scale - 20k RPS with an SLA of 6 nines

Great Falls Civic Wiki

an open wiki for city government in Great Falls, Montana: who meets, when, what they decided, and where the public record lives. every page points back at the agenda, minutes, or recording it came from. anyone can edit, no account needed.

politichat

a queue-style video chat platform where constituents line up to speak with a candidate. filling the gap between impersonal livestreams and low-throughput individual conversations.

originally a project for cs91r at Harvard.

web.lab

staff for web.lab, MIT’s IAP intro web development course and competition.

ran operations for the 300+ person course and gave ~5 lectures, in 2020 and 2021.

fpga-overcooked

an online multiplayer, fpga-based game heavily inspired by the game Overcooked. ~150 lines of Python for the server, ~250 lines of C++ for the esp32 comms, and ~3,500 lines of systemverilog.

pierogoids

the pierogis meander about, peacefully — like a grazing flock of sheep. at the touch of a button, a fork materializes and gives chase. the pierogis scatter, fearing for their lives. with another touch, you become the pierogi.
